Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MedMinds ("MedMinds", "we", "us") is an online test-preparation service for students preparing for India's NEET-UG examination, operated at medminds.me. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use MedMinds.

MedMinds is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the National Medical Commission, or any official NEET authority.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old — the typical age of NEET aspirants — to use MedMinds. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the service, as required under Indian law. We do not knowingly operate accounts for users under 13.

One account per person. Bots, shared accounts, and resold access are not permitted.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and any linked Google account credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notifying us promptly at hello@medminds.me if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate information at sign-up. We may suspend or terminate accounts that use obviously fake names, disposable email addresses created solely to bypass rate limits, or that show other signals of abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, repost, or redistribute MedMinds content (mock papers, explanations, or the Question Bank) in any medium — paid or free.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise bulk-download the Question Bank. We monitor access patterns and will block offenders.
• Use MedMinds to facilitate cheating in any real examination. Our mock tests exist for honest practice; their value depends on you attempting them with integrity.
• Reverse-engineer the platform, probe it for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users' access.
• Use the platform to harass, impersonate, or harm another person.
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or use the platform to violate any law.

We may take technical or legal action against misuse — including account termination, rate-limiting, and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

5. Question Bank & content sources

The MedMinds Question Bank aggregates questions from publicly available sources — NEET preparatory material, NCERT-aligned questions, and previous-year NEET papers — for the sole purpose of personal practice. Source material is curated for educational use, and question content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners.

6. Test Series & paid access

Some content may be offered as a paid Test Series. When you purchase a Test Series, you receive access to the listed mock papers and their analytics for as long as your account remains active. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase and is inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Any payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; MedMinds does not collect or store your full card or banking details. Test Series access is tied to your individual account and is non-transferable. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, primarily where we are unable to deliver the purchased content.

7. Google sign-in & Calendar sync

If you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, you additionally agree to:

• The Google Terms of Service.
• The Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Our handling of Google Calendar data is described in our Privacy Policy. We will never read or store your existing calendar events; we only create, update, or delete the test-planner events you ask us to manage.

8. Intellectual property

MedMinds, the MedMinds name and logo, the pulse-mark brand mark, and the platform's design, code, and analytics are owned by MedMinds and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the notes and personal annotations you create inside the platform, and you grant us a limited licence to store and display them back to you.

9. Termination

By you: You may stop using MedMinds at any time and request account deletion at hello@medminds.me. We will permanently delete your account, attempts, and notes within 30 days, except where limited retention is required by law (for example, financial records).

By us: We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, after warning where practicable. Severe cases — security incidents, payment fraud, or harassment of other users — may result in immediate termination without notice.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

MedMinds is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep the platform accurate and online, we do not guarantee that every question, explanation, or score is error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

MedMinds is a practice tool, not the exam. NEET-UG is conducted by the NTA, with which we are not affiliated. Your scores and analytics on MedMinds are indicators to help you study; they are not predictions of, or a substitute for, your actual NEET result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedMinds, its operators, and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including any decision you take based on the practice scores shown here. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override the statutory rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We will, however, first try to resolve any concern informally via hello@medminds.me before any formal proceeding is initiated.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes — anything that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations — we will additionally notify active accounts by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect.

Continued use of MedMinds after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
